Who hosts the platform?
Sydra does. You get a fully branded environment on your own domain or subdomain — we run, secure, and maintain it on AWS, so there is no infrastructure for your team to manage.
Who does the submissions?
Your team does. The platform prepares eligibility, evidence, and the submission; your staff review and file. That is the self-serve model, priced at $100 per submission beyond the included volume.
How do AWS costs work?
AWS is passed through at cost as a monthly line item based on your actual usage — typically a few dollars per submission, driven mostly by the AI document processing. We share a detailed cost model, including a high-volume scenario, during contracting.
What if my team is new to the IDR process?
Optional full IDR-process training is available for $10,000 — a complete walk-through of federal IDR for teams starting from scratch. Software training (one hour) is included regardless.
Is there a commitment?
Yes — a 12-month term. It auto-renews for another 12 months, with the base re-set to your proven volume (up to 50 included submissions per month at renewal).
