Sydra (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to sydrahealth.com.

Scope

This policy covers information collected from visitors to our marketing website. It does not govern the Sydra platform used by our customers to process claims. When a healthcare provider uses Sydra to handle protected health information (PHI), that information is processed under a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and the customer's agreement with us.

Information we collect

• Information you provide. When you request a demo or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, work email, phone number, practice or organization, and your message.
• Chat messages. Questions you send to the on-site assistant are processed to generate a response and may be retained to improve the quality of our information.
• Anonymous usage data. We use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first tool, to keep an aggregate count of pages viewed. It stores nothing on your device, uses no cookies, collects no personal data, and does not track you across other sites. Only if you consent do we additionally store a single first-party cookie to recognize repeat visits. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

How we use your information

• To respond to your demo request and contact you about Sydra.
• To send the newsletter you subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To answer your questions through the on-site assistant.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this site and communications (for example, email delivery and hosting), under agreements that limit their use of it, or where required by law.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.
• Decline the optional analytics identifier in the cookie banner.
• Contact us to ask what information we hold or to request deletion.

Data retention & security

We keep the information above only as long as needed for the purposes described, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
